Evelyn and John's engagement session out at Spray Lakes took place during an especially smokey week (due to the forest fires in Alberta and BC). At first I was nervous as to what the smoke would do for the photos, but it ended up giving this incredibly ethereal light which I absolutely loved. 

These two laughed their way through the entire session (which went way longer than I had orignally planned - everything was just too beautiful!). I can't wait for their wedding in September!
