Aletha & Byron (my first wedding!)

I am so excited to be sharing this post with all of you. If you didn't know, this was my very FIRST wedding as the lead (and only) photographer and I must say, I don't think I could have worked with a more perfect couple. Aletha and Byron are so down to earth, accommodating, and had so much faith in me as their photographer that it gave me that much more confidence.  We met out at the "Big Rock" near Okotoks (somewhere I had never been before!) and took some "first look" and couple photos, then went back to the venue which was at their friend's acreage out near De Winton. Games and drinks were followed by dinner (which included a plate throw!), and the ceremony. Their wedding was absolutely beautiful from start to finish; these two had put so much work into their special day, and it showed. I could not be more happy for these two, and I wish them all the best in their marriage. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your special day! I hope you like these photos as much as I do!
